By accessing or using this informational portal, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. This portal is an authorized web outlet operated on behalf of the Coast Guard Base Ketchikan Morale, Welfare, and Recreation (MWR) program.

To access restricted documents, including but not limited to Base Ketchikan MWR Sail Plans and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), you must register a member account.

• You agree to provide accurate and complete registration information.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the strict confidentiality of your login password.

• You agree not to share your account credentials with unauthorized personnel or civilians. Any actions taken under your logged-in account are legally attributed to you.

Restrictive Use of Internal Documents
Documents housed within the authenticated member portal (such as SOPs and Sail Plans) are provided exclusively for the morale, safety, and logistical coordination of authorized base patrons. You are strictly prohibited from copying, downloading for public distribution, or posting these internal documents to public social media networks, external websites, or public forums.

Permitted Public Use of Website
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to access public portions of this portal strictly for personal, non-commercial purposes. As an authorized activity of the United States Coast Guard, any legal claims, liabilities, or disputes arising from the physical rental of morale equipment, boat usage, or base facilities are governed exclusively by applicable United States Federal Law, including the Federal Tort Claims Act (FTCA) (28 U.S.C. Chapter 171). State laws, including the laws of the State of Alaska, do not have jurisdiction over the operations or liabilities of this federal military program.
