MWR Gear Rental
The MWR cage offers a variety of outdoor gear at no cost. Simply select the item you’d like, complete the checkout online, and enjoy. When finished, return the item to its original location and check it back in online.
Rental Gear How-To
All items available for checkout are assigned a number. After selecting the item(s), visit the online MWR Gear Checkout Form and complete the required fields. Multiple items may be checked out on a single form—simply enter the name and corresponding number for each item.
Return the item to its original location and complete the online MWR Gear Return Form. Ensure all items are clean, accounted for, and in good condition. If there are any discrepancies, please submit an online Discrepancy Form.
Rental Forms

Rentals are provided to enhance your outdoor experience, but proper use is vital. Safety Gear (PFDs, etc.) must be checked out and worn. Users are responsible for inspecting gear upon receipt and returning it in good condition. All equipment must be returned by the agreed time to allow for cleaning and inspection. Failure to return gear properly may result in user fees or suspension of future rental privileges.
