As-Is Basis: All inventory and technical specifications listed on Base Ketchikan MWR Rentals are provided "as is" for informational purposes.
Stock Variance: Actual gear in stock varies due to mandatory safety inspections, repairs, and rotation cycles.
No Liability: MWR Ketchikan reserves the right to modify gear availability at any time and is not liable for data omissions or catalog inaccuracies.

Eligibility & Use Requirements

Authorized Patrons Only: Rentals are restricted to Active Duty, Reservists, Coast Guard retirees, eligible dependents, and authorized civilian personnel.
No Commercial Use: Rental equipment is for recreational and morale-building purposes only. Subletting or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

Rental Care & Liability Policy

Cleanliness: All gear (especially tents and marine equipment) must be returned completely clean and dry. Cleaning fees may apply for dirty returns.
Financial Liability: The renter assumes full financial responsibility for loss, theft, or structural damage to the equipment. Patrons will be billed for actual replacement or component repair costs.
Staff Sign-Off: All items must be physically checked in by an active MWR staff member during posted shop operation hours.

Changes to Terms & Contact

Modifications: We reserve the right to change these terms without prior warning. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the site.
